ELEMENTARY KIDS COORDINATOR

ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
1. Oversee Trinity Kids experience for Kindergarten – 5th grade kids, families, and classrooms to ensure a fun, safe environment to learn about Jesus and grow in their faith
2. Oversee Trinity Kids Kindergarten – 5th grade volunteer experience to ensure all volunteers feel prepared, supported, valued, and appreciated
3. Oversee leadership development programs for Trinity Kids, students, and the internship program
4. Plan and implement Trinity Kids Events
5. Administrative support for Trinity Kids team

HOME LIFE GROUPS DIRECTOR

ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
1. Drive effective communications and promotional materials to encourage churchwide participation in Life Groups.
2. Lead and manage all elements related to Home Life Group Leaders and Hosts with the vision of duplicating groups and expanding into needed areas of the valley.
3. Build systems and train leaders to recruit, train, deploy Life Group Leaders and Hosts creating an effective team of leaders that are committed to this ministry.
4.Provide input/ideas for questions and application of sermon content in each published sermon study guide.

FILM & VIDEO DIRECTOR

POSITION SUMMARY
The Film and Video Director will produce, capture, and broadcast high-impact film and video content for various platforms, including weekend services, the website, and ministry events. They will manage technical aspects, oversee editing, and collaborate with contractors and volunteers to deliver videos that advance Trinity Church’s mission of seeing lives changed by Jesus. The Film and Video Director will report directly to the Creative Pastor and work cohesively with the Creative and Production teams.
