ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

1. Drive effective communications and promotional materials to encourage churchwide participation in Life Groups.
2. Lead and manage all elements related to Home Life Group Leaders and Hosts with the vision of duplicating groups and expanding into needed areas of the valley.
3. Build systems and train leaders to recruit, train, deploy Life Group Leaders and Hosts creating an effective team of leaders that are committed to this ministry.
4. Provide input/ideas for questions and application of sermon content in each published sermon study guide.

• Proven ability to lead teams and recruit volunteers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to cast vision and develop and deploy leaders
• Highly relational personality

Education and/or Experience

• 10+ year of ministry experience
• Formal Theological training is a plus but not required
