ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
1. Oversee Trinity Kids experience for Kindergarten – 5th grade kids, families, and classrooms to ensure a fun, safe environment to learn about Jesus and grow in their faith
2. Oversee Trinity Kids Kindergarten – 5th grade volunteer experience to ensure all volunteers feel prepared, supported, valued, and appreciated
3. Oversee leadership development programs for Trinity Kids, students, and the internship program
4. Plan and implement Trinity Kids Events
5. Administrative support for Trinity Kids team
Who we are looking for:
Job Skills and Requirements
- proven ability to lead teams and recruit volunteers
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- basic computer knowledge (Microsoft suite, email, internet) and willingness to learn more
- cleared background check
Education and/or Experience
- college degree in related field OR
- 3+ year of experience working with elementary kids and families
