Thank you to those of you who were able to help us transform our church home on Wednesday during our Christmas work party! We are looking forward to all the parties we’re planning in December, as well as all the people who will visit Trinity this month, many of whom may be hearing about Jesus for the first time! Starting this weekend, we’ll have s’mores and hot cocoa, Christmas decorations, crafts for kids, and snow coming off the building (ALL FREE!). AND, all newcomers will receive a free s’mores kit for their family to enjoy by the fire by visiting Guest Services. Speaking of parties…while Real Men, Real Women, and home life groups are taking a break for the holidays, Trinity Students (6th-12th grade) and Young Adults (18-25) are still meeting for a couple more weeks! After their first-ever student camp last summer (where 18 kids got baptized!), Trinity Students is now going to their first-ever Winter Camp next month (January 14-16) and they’d love to have you join them if you’re in 6th-12th grade! There will be worship, teaching, small groups, archery, ropes course, zip line, paintball and more fun activities! For more information and to register, click here. Are you new to Trinity and want to learn more about the church and get plugged in? We invite you to Join the Team Weekend NEXT WEEKEND – Dec. 11 at 6 PM or Dec. 12 at 11 AM – at the Trinity Café just across the street. We’ll feed you, tell you more about the church, answer any questions you have, introduce you to the team, and help you get plugged in to a life group or serving! Click here to sign up.
The weekend before Christmas (Dec. 18-19), we’ll be doing baby dedications at all three services! At Trinity, we follow the example of Jesus’ parents by inviting parents and kiddos on stage during service, having them read a verse over their child as they commit to raising them to know and love Jesus to the best of their abilities, and allowing the church family to pray over them. Finally…we are officially sold out for the Real Women Christmas Dinner at Trinity Church! We look forward to seeing everyone who signed up there. Just a reminder – bring gift cards of any amount to Target, Amazon, or Walmart to the dinner to benefit single moms, and we’ll be gifting them the following week!
