As we look towards the end of 2021 and onto the start of 2022, we recognize God’s incredible generosity to our church and, because of that, we want to be generous so we can share the good news of Jesus with more and more people this upcoming year.
Since last fall we’ve baptized 406 people whose lives have been changed by Jesus, over 250 men and 250 women join us each week for Real Men and Real Women, AND we’ve had over 1600 NEW kids check in to Trinity Kids in 2021. This week, we had an incredible two sold-out nights of Real Women Christmas Dinner with a fun photo booth, carolers and special music, yummy dinner and dessert, the ever-famous shoe competition, and a special Christmas message from Grace Driscoll called “O Come Let Us Adore Him”. The kickoff to Saturdays in December was a blast last weekend and the party continues this weekend as we lead up to the biggest party of the month – Christmas Eve (Dec. 23-24 at 4&6PM)! One family even woke up at 3:30 in the morning and flew in from Washington just to join us for church and the party!
Continuing this weekend after all three services, we’ll have s’mores and hot cocoa, Christmas decorations, crafts for kids, and snow coming off the building (ALL FREE!). AND, all newcomers will receive a free s’mores kit for their family to enjoy by the fire by visiting Guest Services. Trinity Students also has Christmas parties happening all month long and, this weekend, they’re headed out on a party bus with hot chocolate and Christmas cookies to look at Christmas lights! If you’re between 6th-12th grade, there’s still time to book your seat on the bus for this weekend! AND…coming up next month, Trinity Students is headed north for Winter Camp where they’ll have worship, teaching, small groups, archery, ropes course, zipline, paintball, and more fun activities! We love throwing events and parties and Team Trinity is the one that makes it all happen! Do you want to get plugged in and get involved at Trinity? Do you have a newborn or little one you’d like to dedicate? Join us Dec. 18-19 at all three services as we follow the example of Jesus’ parents by inviting parents and kiddos on stage during service, having them read a verse over their child as they commit to raising them to know and love Jesus to the best of their abilities, and allowing the church family to pray over them. And…we’ve had the honor of baptizing 400+ people in the last year and we’re excited to add to that number of people who want to publicly declare their relationship with Jesus!
