We wanted to start this week by sharing an incredible testimony of God’s faithfulness in the lives of one of our Trinity families. In case you missed it or want to share encouragement with others, in last week’s sermon, Pastor Mark shared an amazing story. God used a 13-year-old girl to draw her parents closer to Him even though her family is now facing medical challenges seemingly too big to overcome without God’s help. In even better news, her dad also accepted Jesus as his Savior last week! Click here or the photo below to see a video and read the whole story.
This Christmas Eve (Dec. 23-24) will be the biggest two nights of services in the history of Trinity Church and we need your help! If you love to sing, or even want to just be a smiling face on stage, we’d love to have you join our Christmas choir! Click here for more information and to join the choir.
There are just a couple more weeks to bring your new, unwrapped toys to church with you for the toy drive to benefit Harvest Compassion Center to help bless kids in our community! Harvest Compassion Center is different in that they pray with and for every person who comes through and also give out Bibles to those they serve. God has blessed our church family so generously and we look forward to having the opportunity to bless others this Christmas.
This December, the entire month will be a huge party at Trinity! Of particular note, on Saturday evenings leading up to Christmas, we have a special event we call Saturdays in December. We’ll fire up the fire pits, have s’mores and hot cocoa, Christmas decorations, crafts for kids, and snow coming off the building – the best part is it’s all FREE! All newcomers will receive a free s’mores kit for their family to enjoy by the fire by visiting Guest Services on Saturday evenings. For all the details about Christmas at Trinity and all the free parties taking place during the month of December, check out the splash page at TrinityChurch.com.
Are you new to Trinity and want to learn more about the church and get plugged in? We invite you to Join the Team Weekend on Dec. 11 at 6 PM or Dec. 12 at 11 AM at the Trinity Café just across the street. We’ll feed you, tell you more about the church, answer any questions you have, introduce you to the team, and help you get plugged in to a life group or serving! Click here to sign up.
Finally, the weekend before Christmas (Dec. 18-19), we’ll be doing baby dedications at all three services! At Trinity, we follow the example of Jesus’ parents by inviting parents and kiddos on stage during service, having them read a verse over their child as they commit to raising them to know and love Jesus to the best of their abilities, and allowing the church family to pray over them. If you have a baby or child you’d like to dedicate, click here.
