Week of January 28th Newsletter

By January 28, 2022No Comments

We hope you were able to join us for baptisms last week – it was an absolutely incredible weekend as we celebrated with those in our church family who wanted to publicly declare their relationship with Jesus through baptism! We will be doing baptisms again for Easter (April 16-17), so if you missed it, mark your calendar!

We also wanted to share a need in our church family for additional volunteers in Trinity Kids. Every single week, kids are learning more about Jesus while having so much fun and, if you have a heart for kids, we’d love you to be part of it! To apply or get more information, fill out the form at this link.

Our mission statement at Trinity Church is “We Open our Bibles to Learn, We Open our Lives to Love” and the primary way we do the second part of that is through LIFE GROUPS where we build relationships and study the Bible together! We have life groups for men, women, students, young adults, and home groups all over the Valley and we’d love to help you find a group for you and your family! Click here to learn more about life groups.

Speaking of life groups…TRINITY STUDENTS IS RE-LAUNCHING for the spring this weekend AT A NEW TIME! If you’re in 6th-12th grade, you’re invited this weekend at 4 PM at the Trinity Café (8499 E McDonald Dr) for food, fun, worship, and an awesome message from Pastor Eden.

Also coming up in Students…they will be attending PHX YTH CON at Cornerstone Church in Chandler Feb. 11-12! It will be an epic weekend with top national speakers, a block party, and more incredible opportunities for students to grow in their faith. To learn more or to register, CLICK HERE. For any questions on anything related to Trinity Students, email students@thetrinitychurch.com or check them out on Instagram: @trinitystudentsaz.

And finally…If you’re married, engaged, or thinking about getting married, YOU’RE INVITED to a special, one-night-only Real Marriage event with Pastor Mark and Grace Driscoll on February 9 from 6:30-8:30 PM! The event will be filled with tons of laughs, practical teaching, a live game show, music, and decadent desserts with fun activities planned for your kids as well. The event is FREE, but space is VERY limited, so RSVP today! This event will be by registration only. Click here to register.

This week, Pastor Mark will be preaching a sermon titled “Why Is the World So Broken?” from Genesis 3 if you’d like to read ahead! You can also get a free digital copy of the Genesis Volume 1 study guide here or pick up a free physical copy on campus this weekend!
