Howdy, Trinity Family!

As the temperatures heat up in the Phoenix Valley, this weekend is the much-anticipated return of SWIMSUIT SUMMER (for the kids only)! Starting this weekend, May 1, kids can wear their swimsuits to church on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday as the entire Backyard turns into a waterpark with water slides, popsicles, water toys, AND even more foam cannons!

Also this weekend, we’re hosting our monthly Join the Team Weekend, the absolute best way to get plugged in at Trinity. Join us either May 1 at 4:00 PM in the Trinity Cafe (our new space kitty-corner from the church) or May 2 at 1:00 PM in the BackyardLet us know you’re coming by filling out the form here.

AND THEN, next weekend, May 8-9, is Mother’s Day and we’re celebrating mom with a fun photo booth for family photos, baby dedications, and a special message from Pastor Mark. Click the photo below for a special video invitation from Pastor Mark’s wife, Grace Driscoll, and their daughters, Ashley and Alexie.

We follow the example of Jesus’ parents as they took him to the temple as a baby to be dedicated to God. We invite families to introduce themselves, read a special verse for a child they are dedicating, commit to raising their child to know and love Jesus to the best of their ability, and then the church family prays over them. Want to dedicate your little one(s) Mother’s Day weekend? Click here.

We can’t wait to see you this weekend! If you’d like to read ahead, Pastor Mark is continuing in Romans with 11:25-36. AND, we have a special series of events coming up this summer for couples…so stay tuned!
