Grace Driscoll

Women’s Ministry
Grace Driscoll has spent her entire life in ministry as her mom and dad planted The Trinity Church in Seattle, Washington before she was born and she grew up serving in the nursery at her father’s church. Before graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Edward R. Murrow of Communications, Grace married her high school sweetheart Mark, who is her best friend.

Today, Grace is the mother of five wonderful children who all love Jesus. She has co-authored the books Real Marriage and Win Your War with Mark, and together they have appeared on ABC Nightline, Loveline with Dr. Drew, and Fox and Friends, as well as The View with Barbara Walters. She has also joined her husband in answering questions at conferences around the nation and world, most often addressing issues for women related to their identity in Christ and how to be a godly woman, wife, mother, and friend.

Grace helped her husband and family plant Trinity Church in Scottsdale, Arizona, named in honor of her parents as her dad has gone home to be with the Lord. At Trinity Church, Grace leads the Real Women life groups. In her free time, Grace likes finding good deals on shoes, spending time with her family, and catching up with friends.

Pastor Brandon Andersen

Campus Pastor
Brandon and his wife Lanna both grew up in the greater Seattle area and have been married since 2009. They are blessed with four children – Isla, Sparrow, Blythe, and Aksel – and spend most of their free time with the kids enjoying what they refer to as Arizona’s two primary seasons – park season and swimming season. Brandon grew up the son of a homebuilder, went on to earn a degree in business, and spent some years as a general contractor. Unexpectedly, he took a job at his local church and has been doing ministry work in operational and pastoral roles ever since.

Pastor Eden Fine

Families Pastor
Eden and Brittany were both born in southeast Alaska, but met in New Mexico during their senior year of high school. They married two years later in the summer of 2007 and have five children – Eliora Belle, Eden-James, Haddon Titus, Yvonne Piper, and Calvin Huckleberry. Eden grew up a pastor’s kid and can’t remember a time in his life when he wasn’t the last person to leave the church. Upon graduating high school, he attended a discipleship school in Austria, and, during this time, his heart for ministry grew. Early in their marriage, Eden and Brittany served in junior high and student ministry. During this time, Eden attended Re-Train under Pastor Mark’s leadership and received his Certificate in Missional Leadership.

Pastor Darien became a Christian later in life and went on to receive a Masters of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary. Devoted to helping hurting men just like someone did for him many years ago, he has been serving the Valley for more than 20 years as a pastor, leading “Men Coaching Men” to build up men and their families, has a formal discipleship program for men called J3, and the Heart to Heart Christian Chaplaincy program. He is married to the love of his life, Kellie, and has two grown adult children and three beloved grandchildren.

Pastor Carl Steele

Carl and his wife Danielle were both born and raised in North Dakota. Carl grew up in a Godly home and started following Jesus at a very young age. While completing his degree in Exercise Science at North Dakota State, he was heavily involved in his church as both a youth leader and as a small group leader with a college ministry. Carl and Danni started coming to Trinity Church right before the church’s first birthday and fell in love with the people and the Bible teaching right away. They absolutely love the joyful, giving attitude of the people at Trinity that makes being part of the family such a joy.

Pastor Galen Balinski

Galen permanently relocated with his family from New York to Arizona to accept a job at Trinity in 2020 before being promoted to lead the worship and production department in late 2021 and is married to his amazing wife, Juliana. In spring 2021, Galen and Juliana expanded their family, welcoming their first child, Jude. Prior to joining the Trinity staff, Galen had previous experience in pastoral ministry in New York. Chris spent a few months teaching English as a foreign language in Thailand, then flew home to propose to Brittany. They’ve been married since 2010 and have two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Arianna. The Valeris love the Phoenix Valley and are planted here for the foreseeable future. Chris’ life goal is to be a positive influence in the lives of young people and wants to help parents learn how to use the ministry of presence to bless their kids each and every day.

Mollie Kukkola

Director – Communications
A pastor’s kid, Mollie grew up in the church and, with a love for music, some of her favorite earliest memories include going to work with her dad during the week, standing on stage, and singing to an empty sanctuary while her dad prepared his weekly sermons. With a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) and a master’s degree from the University of Washington, Mollie now gets to use her past work experience in college athletics and love of people to serve her church home in the area of communications, marketing, and branding. In early 2021, she married her husband and best friend Jonathan and they love having the opportunity to serve at Trinity together.

Cathy Monoscalco

Cathy and her amazing husband Mike have been serving at Trinity for several years and, as a long-time business owner of cake company Caketini, it was only natural for her to come on staff in summer 2021 to oversee hospitality and events. Cathy comes from a long line of Arizona natives, graduating from Arizona State University with a business degree, and loves all things Arizona sports.

They instantly knew Trinity was a place full of real people, joyful people, genuine people. Aaron started serving on the worship and production team before joining the full-time staff. They have made many friends, who have become more like family, while attending and serving at Trinity.
