Job Summary
The Music Director of Trinity Church will be a vital member of the worship staff as he helps to build
Weekend Services, Trinity’s Music Studio, and the Worship Internship at Trinity Church. This position will
help train, build, and grow musicians for weekend services as well as services for Real Men and Real
Women. He will help foster a culture of creativity at the Trinity Music Studio as he works with various
artists to write, record, and produce music. The Music Director will play a vital role in the Worship
Internship as we continue to invest, train, and recruit the next Generations of Worship Leaders.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Creative Team to Formulate and Execute Weekend Services
• Help to execute seamless worship services including charts, arrangements, and training.
• Develop Recruitment Plans for Artists, Musicians, and Worship Interns
• Produce Original Trinity Worship Music as well as Original Arrangements of Songs
• Assist in Building Ableton and Other Music Infostructure at Trinity Church
• Maintain, Book, and Run Trinity Music Studio
• Develop Artist Relationships Outside Trinity Church for Collaboration
