ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
- Drive effective communications and promotional materials to encourage churchwide participation in Life Groups.
- Lead and manage all elements related to Home Life Group Leaders and Hosts with the vision of duplicating groups and expanding into needed areas of the valley.
- Build systems and train leaders to recruit, train, deploy Life Group Leaders and Hosts creating an effective team of leaders that are committed to this ministry.
- Provide input/ideas for questions and application of sermon content in each published sermon study guide.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cast vision and develop and deploy leaders
- Highly relational personality
Education and/or Experience
- 10+ year of ministry experience
- Formal Theological training is a plus but not required
