Executive Assistant Senior Associate Pastor
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the Senior Associate Pastor's email and calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, respond to or initiate new emails, and keep the Senior Associate Pastor up on timely key communications and meetings.
2. Help track Actions and To-Dos from meetings, as well as follow up on Actions and To-Dos given to direct reports.
3. Where possible, anticipate Senior Associate Pastor responses, and assist with being a burden lifter by elevating and delegating tasks to others in the department or on staff on his behalf.
4. Assist Senior Associate Pastor with planning and execution of Pastors Cohort, Teaching/Preaching Cohort, and staff discipleship events.
5. Assist Discipleship and Ministry department with coordination of classes and events. Work with the Connections Pastor and others in tracking and following up on Actions and To Do's. Assist with classes and events project management.
Required Skills
1. Five years of experience in an administrative or management role, and work in a nonprofit or ministry setting.
2. Experience managing email, calendars, and other communication tools and/or file storage software, including specific software such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
3. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

2. A confident, self-starter that has keen attention to detail and demonstrates the ability to make observations and recommendations for improving processes and addressing/solving issues and problems.
3. High integrity and confidentiality are a must.
4. Organized and utilize systems and processes to maintain work order.
5. Has the ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing church and the ability to shift focus and their team as new ministry opportunities arise.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday plus 1 day on weekend
